Our product is like a fine Lambic –
you want to try it and then ask for a top up
A telephone is your attendant,
your private butler.

And if you were to attire this kind
butler in a modern fashion…

A telephone is a philosophy;
you are he who carries which phone.
Designa Individual Telephones
have the same value as family jewels
during the 19th century.

They are well look after and handed
on to loved ones.
Sometimes we like what we do so much that we don’t
leave our studios and work around the clock, and
then, of course, we fully let go.
It would be quite appropriate to be seen with one
of our telephones at one of Queen Matilda’s Balls,
or at a fashionable party at Spirito nightclub.

Designa Individuale was founded in 2013 by the brothers Victor and Morris. It combines the art of jewellery and modern technology.

By using precious materials and Iphones, the professionals create exclusive attributes, designed to emphasise the owner’s personal style.

The name of the brand highlights its personal approach to each client. Individual designs for future products are developed at the client’s request. After that every outline becomes a model of luxury, handmade by the best jewellers and advanced technology.

About the Founders
Flemish Victor and Morris were born and raised in Antwerp, “Jewellery Capital of the World”. Here, diamonds have been cut since the XV century, since rough stones started to be brought from India to Bruges. This Belgian city is a bridge between eras: next to ancient monuments you will be blinded by the signs of trendy bars in which are the art elite, artists, designers, writers. That is why Antwerp is a tandem of tradition and innovation seasoned with aesthetic components.

Morris recalls:
I remember as a child we would be chasing pigeons, and each other through narrow cobbled streets and how we stopped, and froze at the window of the jewellery shops. Looking at them we watched how intensely the master was working, hand engraving or filing the product. How carefully they bent low over the table, under the light of the lamp, working, creating works of art. The magically mystical atmosphere and breath of the medieval town halls, cathedrals and towers were etched in our minds as children forever.

Victor recalls:
On the other hand, we grew up in the port city of Antwerp. It is known that port cities, unlike central cities, modernise rapidly, they modernise dynamically, become contemporary because of their constant contact, so to speak, with the outside world. Antwerp is now known as the centre of the fashion industry and design. It cannot be done though without sophisticated technology.

And the subject of discussion is of course about Apple’s technology. But there is a big “but”. No matter how good the Iphone contents are and their minimalistic design, it is as if Apple did not try to widen their range of colours for the casing. When everyone around you has the same device you involuntarily lose your individuality. Attempts to rectify the situation, with different covers, which so often increase the already considerable dimensions and complicate one-handed use are in vain, as covers are far from being piece goods.
The brothers’ such impressions transformed into the brand DI, which returns individual style to Iphone owners.
Victor: Accessories define style. In the age of technology your main accessory – is your device.
Morris: Express yourself in every detail and your style will be flawless.
